• Our catalogue includes professional salon products as well as retail-ready beauty and fashion items.
• Product photos, swatches and descriptions are kept as accurate as possible; minor variations in shade or finish may occur.

Account

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be deactivated.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violation of these terms.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept online prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may cancel orders if fraud, misuse or stock issues are detected.
• We reserve the right to modify prices and offers at any time without prior notice.

LEYORK offers AI-powered product recommendations to help you discover items suited to your preferences. Recommendations are guidance only and do not constitute professional medical, dermatological or styling advice.

Referral & Membership Rewards

• Referral earnings and membership rewards are credited only on successfully completed (paid & delivered) orders.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts and abuse will result in the rewards being voided and the account being suspended.
• Reward percentages, tiers and benefits may change from time to time.
• LEYORK reserves the right to modify, pause or terminate the rewards programme.

Intellectual Property

The LEYORK name, logo, product designs, formulations, packaging, photographs and website content are the exclusive property of LEYORK. Unauthorised reproduction, resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

LEYORK is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kurukshetra / Gurugram, Haryana.
