SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

• • LEYORK ships across India only. We currently do not deliver internationally.
• • FREE shipping on all orders above the threshold amount (shown at checkout). Orders below this carry a flat shipping fee.
• • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days from order confirmation.
• • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across serviceable PIN codes in India.
• • Tracking details are shared via email, SMS and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
• • Orders are processed Mon–Sat. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Returns, Replacement & Exchange

• • Cosmetics & beauty products that have been opened or used are NOT returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
• • If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement — please report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video.
• • Fashion items are eligible for size / colour exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided tags are intact and the item is unused and in original packaging.
• • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
• • Sale or clearance items are final and non-returnable.

How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request

1. Go to My Orders and select the relevant order.
2. Click Request Return / Replacement and select the reason. Upload a clear photo or video for damaged / wrong items.
3. Our team confirms the request and arranges a pickup within 24–48 hours where applicable.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
