The biggest mistake people make with skincare? Doing too much. Here's the minimum-effective routine that delivers results.
Morning (3 steps)
- Cleanse — Face Wash, 60 seconds, lukewarm water.
- Treat — Face Serum, 3-4 drops, press into damp skin.
- Protect — Day Cream, every inch of face and neck.
Evening (3 steps)
- Cleanse — Same Face Wash, removes the day.
- Treat — Face Serum again. Yes, twice a day.
- Repair — Night Cream, slightly more generous application.
That's it. Six steps total, under 5 minutes a day, and you'll see real change in 2-3 weeks.
